Hi guys!
Sorry I haven't uploaded since LAST YEAR but schools been busy and...um....I don't really have an excuse.
So this is my version of Northern Ireland Hetalia style! Yes, It's a boy and a girl.
They both are Northern Ireland, not gender bends or different versions of one character, in my view both of these characters would represent Northern Ireland at the same time.
Here's my reasoning:
Northern Irelands people are more or less divided in opinion on what should happen to their fair land. These two groups are called "Unionists" and "Loyalists"
"Unionists" want Ireland to become one big country instead of having a north and south, they basically don't like being part of the UK and want to join Ireland instead of being seperate. They follow Irish tradition which is MOSTLY Catholic and don't really see the queen as a figure head.
"Loyalists" Want to stay part of the UK as Northern Ireland and follow all their rules including The Protestant religion of the Church of England and using the Queen as a figure head.
These two groups are famous for not getting along, like AT ALL. Even during war they disagreed and the Unionist group called "The Irish Republican Army" or "IRA" for short offered to help the Germans in attacking the UK.
Even today some streets are marked as "Unionist" and "Loyalist" territories  by colours on the streets (Orange, white and Green for Unionist areas. Red, white and Blue for Loyalist)
The country is too divided in MY opinion  to be represented with one person especially considering how much they fought, Sure there is a peace treaty there now but I don't think there ever will be actual peace in Northern Ireland.
Hence my reasoning for North to be represented by two COMPLETELY SEPARATE people with their own views and personalities, just shared looks.

I haven't decided on names or who is the Loyalist and who is the Unionist yet so I'm open to suggestions.

Unionists and Loyalists are the same thing except Unionists are more liberal (Tend to be peaceful with solutions and are willing to accept some changes) and Loyalist are more Hard-line (Extreme, don't like change and tend to use violence to get their way). BUT both want Northern Ireland to remain part of the UK. The MAJORITY are Protestant but there are Catholic Unionists.

Their Ideology is: British Unionism
                            Ulster Loyalism
BRIEFLY (for some) Ulster Nationalism ( Northern Ireland as it's own independent state NOT part of Ireland or part of the UK)

Nationalists are the ones who want a United Ireland and are liberal with their Hard-line counterparts being Republicans. Both want a United Ireland. The MAJORITY are Catholic but there are Protestant Nationalists.

Their Ideology is: Irish Nationalism
                            Irish republican socialism
                            Marxism-Leninism

I'm from Northern Ireland
